By using UpShift's website or services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
UpShift provides custom AI-powered website builds for small businesses, as described on this site. Specific deliverables and timelines are agreed upon in a separate engagement agreement.
We build every site to convert well, but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes, such as revenue, leads, or bookings, resulting from your website. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, marketing, and day-to-day operations.
The $500 build fee is due after your demo call, on the spot if you're ready to move forward, or within 3 days if you need a bit more time to decide. Once your site is live, it's $45/month for hosting, updates, and analytics. We accept payment via Cash App and Apple Cash.
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with the delivered solution, we'll revise until it meets the agreed scope, or provide a full refund at our discretion.
Upon full payment, you own all deliverables created for your project. We retain the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpShift's total liability for any claim arising from these services is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
